Late August 2026
We recently held our first informal meetup to set core priorities for Formby's public spaces. We focused on immediate local quick wins, such as step-by-step reporting guides for overgrown pavements and access barriers, together with a major long-term goal of securing safe, connected walking and cycling routes to local schools.
Early 2026
The Formby Commons platform has been launched and can be found under 'Actions Map'! We have established an interactive open repository of local hotspots for improvement to support constructive conversations with local representatives and resident groups.
